Variedades/Varieties: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino).
Elaboración/Winemaking: Tradicional en depositos de acero inoxidable, con uva 100% despalillada, 3 ó 4 remontados diarios. Temperatura de fermentación controlada a 25-30 °C durante 20-25 días. Posterior descubado dejando reposar antes del llenado de barricas - Traditionally made in stainless steel vats with 100% de-stemmed grapes and pumped over 3 or 4 times a day. It is kept at a controlled temperature of 25 °C - 30 °C during 20-25 days. Subsequently wine is run-off and kept settling before barrels are filled.
Tiempo de Crianza en Barrica/Barrel Aging: De 18 a 24 meses según evolución con trasiegos cada 3 ó 6 meses - Depending on evolution, wine ages between 18 to 24 months. It is racked every 3 or 6 months
Tiempo de Crianza en Botella/Bottle Aging Mínimo 12 meses antes de su salida al mercado. Tumbadas en jaulones metálicos en nave subterránea donde no se superan los 16 °C de temperatura - Wine ages in bottles a minimum of 12 months before being launched on the market. They are kept lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C
