Elaboración/Winemaking: Maceración tradicional en depositos de acero inoxidable, con uva 100% despalillada, con 3 o 4 remontados diarios, a temperatura de fermentación controlada a 28-30ºC durante 15-20 días. Posterior descubado dejando reposar antes del llenado de barricas – Wine undergoes traditional maceration in stainless steel vats with 100% de-stemmed grape. Must is pumped over 3 or 4 times a day at a fermentation controlled temperature of 28-30ºC during 15-20 days. After a run-off, wine is left to settling before barrels are filled.
