Type of Wine: Red wine Reserve
Designation of origin: D.O. Ribera del Duero
Grape varieties: 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
Winemaking: Traditionally made in stainless steel vats with 100% de-stemmed grapes and pumped over 3 or 4 times a day. It is kept at a controlled temperature of 25-30 °C during 20-25 days. Subsequently wine is run-off and kept settling before barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: Wine ages 24 months in barrels and is racked every 3 months.
Bottling aging: Wine ages in bottles a minimum of 12 months before being launched on the market. They are kept lying down in metallic crates in an underground facility where temperature never exceeds 16 °C.
Barrel type: 100 % French oak.
Alcohol content: 14% - 14,5% Vol.

Colour Cherry red, bright and clear with good depth.
Aroma Very complex, clean and expressive bouquet featuring resinous aromas and a hint of vanilla.
Mouth Well-structured, smooth but extremely tasty wine. Full bodied, it has a long-plasting taste that lingers at the back of the nose, and features the nuances characteristic of ageing and fruty flavours. Fine powerful wine.
