Grape varieties: 70% Tinto Fino, 10% Garnacha, 20% otras (Verdejo, Albillo).
Winemaking: Maceración (of uva despalillada 100%) durante 12 horas y centrifugado antes del comienzo of the fermentación.To the cleaned must add the cuba and fermented at controlled temperature between 16-18 ºC. It is then clarified and stabilized against tartaric precipitation before bottling

Recommended for Fish, seafood dishes and light meals in general.
