The Management of GRUPO DE BODEGAS FRUTOS VILLAR considers it essential to define and disseminate its Quality Policy in order to achieve the continuous improvement of its processes, products and services.

The Quality Policy of FRUTOS VILLAR is based on the following Strategic Objectives:

  • To produce products that are safe for the consumer and that comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to them in all places and at all times.

  • Commitment to comply with system and customer requirements in all the products we offer.

  • To achieve maximum customer satisfaction, applying criteria of excellence in service and offering magnificent wines, with a good relationship between quality, cost and delivery time.

  • To develop and personalize our wines in order to meet the new needs of the market.

  • Establish measurable Quality Objectives, monitor them and ensure that they are met.

These Strategic Objectives can only be achieved through the teamwork of all the members of the Company, seeking the motivation, full integration and satisfaction of our staff, and striving for continuous improvement.

FRUTOS VILLAR is committed to promote a continuous improvement:

  • Maintaining and improving the efficiency of its Quality Management System, using as guidelines the requirements established by the current UNE-EN-ISO 9.001 Standard.

  • Complying punctually with the legal norms and regulations applicable to our activity.

  • Providing the Company with the necessary human, material and technological resources and optimising the use and performance of these resources.

  • Encouraging self-monitoring, participation and safety of all workers, through adequate preparation of each worker for his or her job and with the support of continuous training.

  • Promoting compliance with Food Safety and HACCP requirements.

All the members of the Company are involved in these premises, which, through a cordial and respectful common treatment, will strive for excellence in everything they do.

These Objectives, Policy and Actions are reflected in the Quality Manual of BODEGAS FRUTOS VILLAR, in the Procedures Manual and in those documents necessary for the fulfilment of the different tasks, as well as in all the complementary documentation that forms part of our Quality Management System.
