| Elaboración | Fermentación tradicional en depositos de acero inoxidable, con uva 100% despalillada, con 3 remontados diarios, a temperatura.controlada de 28-30 °C durante 12-15 días con posterior descubado dejando asentar antes del llenado de barricas. / Fermentation is traditionally carried out in stainless steel vats with 100% de-stemmed grape. Three times a day must is pumped over at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C during 12-15 days. Subsequently, wine is run-off and left to settling before barrels are filled. |

Mouth Well-rounded, full-flavoured, complex and lively wine with great character. Featuring a long-lasting taste and perfectly blended tannins. The wine´s ageing results in complex, subtle sensations at the back of the nose.
Serving temperature 16 °C – 18 °C
Recommended for Meats, roasts and mature cheeses.
