| Elaboración | Uva encubada 100% despalillada en frío. 12 horas con sangrado posterior y desfangado antes del comienzo de la fermentación a 16 ºC y levadura seleccionada. Al final de la fermentación clarificado y estabilización tartárica antes de su embotellado / Grape is barrelled after being 100% de-stemmed by a cold process. After 12 hours the free-run wine is drawn off and the must is racked before fermentation process begins at 16 °C of temperature. Top-quality yeast is used. When fermentation process is over wine is finned and stabilized so the tartrates precipitate out before it is bottled. |
