Aroma It unflurs a wide and clean choice of fruity aromas, especially of exotic fruit (aniseed), produced by the verdejo variety.
Mouth Velvety and big with a touch of acidity that produces a lasting aftertaste with a characteristic bitterness on the backpalate.
Serving temperature 7-9 °C
